New groomer, Folktable opens and more
Chef Casey Thompson’s Cornerstone restaurant Folktable opened on Dec. 9. Nicole Murray is the general manager, Melanie Wilkerson is executive sous chef and Danny Ojinaga is serving as beverage manager. The “seasonally driven“ spot is open Wednesday through Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Guests order at the counter or via a QR code for takeaway or to eat outside on Cornerstone’s grounds. Table service inside Folktable’s restaurant and on its patio will eventually be offered when county guidelines allow.
